I’ve spent 15+ years in internal, executive, change, and crisis communications, helping teams navigate moments where clarity and alignment matter most.Most recently, I co-founded and led the AI Adoption Council at one of Massachusetts’ largest PR and marketing agencies. I helped define how AI is used across the organization, authored the employee AI Code of Conduct, and led company-wide trainings on everything from prompting to practical application.My work sits at the intersection of communication, behavior change, and emerging technology. I partner closely with communications leaders to translate complexity into clear, usable direction.Outside of work, I’m a mom to a three-year-old who thinks he's the Incredible Hulk, so clarity, patience, and making complicated things make sense are my superpowers.
